Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of KudoCash (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You may hold one account per person. The Service may not be available in all regions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Earning points

You can earn points by completing offers provided by third-party reward-wall partners. Points are credited when a partner confirms your completion and may remain pending during a clearing/review period before becoming redeemable. If a partner or advertiser reverses, charges back, or invalidates a completion, the corresponding points will be removed from your balance, which may result in a negative balance you must earn back before redeeming.

4. Redemptions

Cleared points may be redeemed for available rewards (such as gift cards), fulfilled by our rewards partner, Tango. Reward availability, denominations, and value are shown at redemption and may change. Points have no cash value except as redeemable through the Service, are non-transferable, and may expire as described in these Terms or at account closure.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Creating multiple or fake accounts, or sharing accounts.
• Using bots, automation, VPNs/proxies to misrepresent location, or falsifying offer completions.
• Fraud, abuse, or any attempt to manipulate offers, points, or redemptions.
• Violating the terms of any third-party offer or reward wall.

We may withhold or reverse points, freeze or terminate accounts, and refuse redemptions for suspected fraud or violations of these Terms.

6. Third-party offers

Offers are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or the accuracy of offer terms. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms. Unredeemed points may be forfeited on termination for cause.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KudoCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the value of points in your account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
